"Wow what a beginning!! Book 2 starts off exactly were book 1 ended. Which I might add that I was a little disappointed that it ended right when we were getting to the good stuff. But never the less this book starts just right. As the story progresses Issy is still locked on not having a committed relationship, and Lucas is on a mission to change that. The couple comes to an arrangement that allows them to test the relationship waters. One question I hope that's answered in book 3 is why is Issy so strongly against relationships? There's a brief mention about someone in her past, but no clue as to who and what happen. Can't wait for the release of the next book." 5/5 Clarisse.

"This part two of the Hunter. Mr Hunter commissions Izzy to do some work on a building he has. Izzy does not want to loose the contract and has a one night stand with him. But she gets more than she bargained for as he wants more and he does not date/she does not do relationships. There a deal struck between them and he sends her a cheque. Izzy returns the cheque to his business and runs away. Izzy falls down the stairs and gets concussion and he makes her stay at his apartment. I another deal is struck in which he challenges her to stay with for a month or he pursers her until she agrees to see him again. Izzy does not want to loose the contract and does not know which way to go.
Izzy find that Hunter has been celibate for years and has a dark past

Just silly

This book was painful to read. I ended up skim reading the last quarter because I just couldn't take it anymore. The first book was not bad. I mean it wasn't great but it was an okay read. But this second book was down right bad. What a see saw of personality conflicts these two main characters had! This author kept describing Lucas as a dominant yet had him pining and chasing after that silly childish infuriating Izzy! Goodness how petulant and annoying can a female main character be?!? This story had no plot or story or character development to speak of. Nothing. I liked nothing about this book. Just some erotic scenes thrown together with some childish banter and unlikeable flat characters. That's it. Period. So much confusing back and forth that it gave me mental whiplash. And what the hell with this insta-love stalkerish crap from a man who is presumably a self made millionaire alpha - I don't need anybody or anything kind of guy - but yet the moment he lays eyes on this one woman he turns into a whimpy lovestruck shumck! Oh no more. This madness ends here for me. Book 3, like hell.

Delayed gratification

I like the tension between Lucas and Issabella and the chemistry they share. It's a hot book. It's also too short. I wanted to keep going. I'm glad to hear the next two will be regular sized novels. I too get swallowed up into a good book and read until it's finished. I gave it a four star because it was too short. If it had been longer...it would be a five star rating. I hate that I have to wait longer for number 3 which is why I chose my subject title for this review.

Awesome Book and Series!

I loved this book maybe even a tad better than the first one. Again Lucas is a hot, hot, hot alpha male. I am less taken with Issy but she seems to be starting to come into her own in this book and a little less immature. Very hot reading, lots of sex and sass. A definite must read!

A great NA read!

THE STORY

17 year old Gracie made a bad choice in the heat of the moment.
Unprotected sex with her high school quarterback boyfriend Nick.

Nick has a football scholarship for college and the plan was that Gracie was going with him to start their life.

Until she tells Nick about pregnancy.

Grace has made the choice not to have an abortion.

Nick makes the choice to walk away.

From Grace and the baby.

Gracie has made the choice to finish high school, after all this is her senior year. She should be preparing for parties, prom and college.
Not becoming a single mother. But she is determined to do this.

Gracie is scared but has a great supporting cast of friends and family.

Her best friends Meg and Mason is everything she could want.

Her parents (having had her in high school as well) support her decision 100% and her younger brother Tyler thinks she walks on water.

School is already hard enough as a teenager without being pregnant to the quarterback. She is constantly tired and emotional and rumors and whispers get to her. One specific cheerleader is just a .. really not nice person!

It gets too much for Grace and she ends up crying at her locker one day.
While crying she hears someone ask if she is OK. She looks up and meets/starts chatting to Carter Jenkins, the principals son. Instant attraction to the GQ Model looking Barista.

She then makes the choice to get a job to save a bit of cash before the baby comes. Of course she chooses to apply at the local coffee shop where the one and only Carter works.

Carter and Gracie start out as friends, but the more times they spend together they realise they want more.

Grace chooses not to tell Carter about the pregnancy just yet.She want him to like him for her. She also doesn't want to be rejected again.

As fate would have it Carter does find out after Gracie passes out at work and Carter comes to the rescue.

He is 100% cool with it. He wants Gracie, if she comes with a baby then so be it.
That's his choice

He has made some bad choices in the past and is a reformed bad boy, but is trying to be a better person. He becomes Gracies rock.

They choose to get together and are happy until Nick shows up 5 months into the pregnancy.

He's made a mistake.

The wrong choice.

He wants Gracie back.

Can Gracie throw away what she has with Carter, to be a family with Nick?

What will her choice be?

MY HONEST OPINION

I really liked this. I managed to finish it one sitting.

Gracie is beautiful. The whole book is written in her POV. So we get all the ups and downs of the pregnancy, the abandonment from Nick, the bullying at school, her innermost thoughts, the highs that come with Carter, and the comedic relief of her train of thought.

Meg - the best friend. She was awesome. Wouldn't hesitate to do anything for Grace and also the comedic relief when it was needed.

Carter- *sigh* the reformed bad boy. Who doesn't want of those? He really is an awesome guy!

Parents - AWESOME! Her Mum especially, having been through the same thing she is 100% there for Gracie and all her questions.

Nick- When he abandons Gracie. I hated him. then the more the book went on I still didn't like him but I did feel sorry for him.

I do need to advise that there is a secondary story going on this book that I do not want to spoil it. But lets just say when its dropped?

BOOM!

I am assuming that more will be revealed in the next book?

There was some errors in it but not enough to actually notice or to have an effect on your thoughts. For example an " at the start of a sentence etc. I know some people are picky about that and it makes them mad, but I thought it was fine. I just felt like I should point it out before people start talking smack because of it! lol

There is one sex scene in this. I know weird huh? book about Teen pregnancy and only one?! but I thought it was greatly done. Just enough to know what was going on but in no great detail. Good old fashioned Clean YA/NA whatever genre it is ha ha .. Ok so not so clean as Meg swears like a sailor.

All in all I thoroughly enjoyed it. The writing style, the characters, the progression of it all. At some heartfelt confessions it was a little cheesy, but as a fan as cheese it worked for me!

it all wrapped up in a HEA that I was happy with but I am unsure where the next one will go as I know this is part one of a trilogy.... Just have to wait and see huh?

Wow!!! Absolutely Breath-Taking Read

Initial After thought after finishing the book - ONE WORD - WOOOOOOOW!!!

What can I say to fully help you grasp the intensity and brilliancy in this book?

This is a story that I will remember for a very long time.

Grace, a senior in highschool gets pregnant with her star-football player boyfriend, Nick.

Long story short - Other than her best friends, she is left alone to face the music in high-school.

It is a beautiful, breath-taking, character building type of story that takes you first-hand into Grace's struggle with teen pregnancy and her journey in becoming a stronger woman...better yet, a mother.

Although I was never pregnant in highschool, I did get pregnant when I was 19. The author, Anne, is an amazing story-teller that touches on every emotion I ever felt when I was pregnant at a young age. The good, the bad and DEFINITELY the ugly!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!

And if you still have any doubts of adding this to your TBR - There is a scrumptous man named Carter that will make any and all doubts vanish!

Ok. So. Ugh.... Here it goes... I liked that the female lead was a strong mother-to-be who didn't automatically run back to baby daddy, because he asked her to. I'm proud of her for doing what was good for her and not for staying in a loveless relationship for the hope of a family. She was smart but at the same time a total ditz. She got on my nerves over analyzing EVERYTHING! And I don't like the writing style. It was confusing and had me questioning what was going on. This book got three stars, only because of the best friend (She reminds me so much of my self. Haha. I hope I'm a friend like her!)

this book is a really good book. i think it has some laughs here and there and would be a good book for kids in 7th grade and up. it also has one curse word in it, but if you think that your child is mature enough to read it its a good book for children. and if you dont like to read its not even long.

This is an Incredible Book, You Will Be Up All Night Reading It!!!

I happened across the first story while perusing through Amazon's Kindle Section looking for new authors or authors that were relatively new to me, and also had to come from very interesting backgrounds, and experiences listed in their Bios. I do that some nights when I am having trouble falling asleep. (Most of the time)

And I found Raymond L Weil's Moon Wreck #1.

Well I never went to sleep that night! I couldn't put that book down for even five minutes. Don't even try to read these books if ya gotta go to work the next day. LoL.

The book was excellently written, and Mr Weil's characterizations are really very good, very human and well described. In this series he has a slightly detectable laconic style as he manages to interweave the main plot somewhat and somewhere between and amoung his charactors development, the interactions, the predicament and their own feelings, thoughts, fears triumphs and Discoveries.

Anyway, I loved both of these stories and I cannot wait for the next two, five or ten of these books to come to be. Please write them now!! Mr Weil. LoL...

I can't say exactly what I really loved the most in these stories, because most of the dialogue was really great, but some of it was a bit repetitious and simplistic. And the plot well, it's a plot... I am not going to sit here and describe another persons story line in his novel. You can find that out by buying his work. But what really makes this book such a great story, and that is "a great and well written Novel and Story, by the way. NOT this booook wass a really gooood read..." God how I hate that line. A book isn't a read, just like a going to a great restaurant is not called "Having a good feed" (personal pet peeve of mine here.)

What makes this so great is all of the suspense and the electrified feeling of growing super mysterys that it is made out of. What makes this great is all of the factors involved well, all of the building potency of the sum of the sub-plots being greater or equal to the whole, ideas and wonderful twists, and the unique oddities that have been thought up and that are still to be thought and will come and have already been introduced, the building up of so much potential energies about to and starting to go absolutely frenetically "kinetic" if that is a word, that is what makes these books so darn great.

And they are so completely absorbing, that I feel like I can see and walk this world he has created, so vividly that I would become completely immersed once again after putting the iPad down for a ten minute 4AM cigarette break...

I really loved these 2 stories and you will probably like them a lot too. I do a lot of reading and just a drop of writing (for myself only) so I can say with some decent experience that I highly recommend them and I am sure that you and everyone who reads them will find them to be very enjoyable BOOKs. LoL...

I couldn't stop reading this book till the end. The story line is fantastic , the chraraters are simple but well developed. Really enjoyed it. Cannot wait for the next ones.

This is a great addition to the first story. I loved the way the author introduced the AI. Story is well written and easy to read. I am pleased to see that the author is going to do another short story followed by a series of novels. Please continue this! This could be a great series! It has an excellent beginning.
